With all the new 2.0 technology, how do you decide what's right for your organization? A two hour strategic technology workshop will help you figure out how to engage you constituents online.

Management Consulting Services's Executive Director and Strategic Technology Practice expert, Stephen Rockwell will present a hands-on workshop that will both teach about how nonprofits are using the latest 2.0 technologies and offer practical strategies for building online engagement for your organization.

Specifically we will cover:

  • Steps to building online community...its not easy!
  • Brainstorm community and social networking projects for donors, volunteers and program participants.
  • Determining which tools are right for your constituencies (social networking websites, blogging, podcasting and other applications.)
  • Building an online engagement plan that supplements your strategic, fundraising and program planning efforts.
