On May 21, Martha Hopewell led a coaching session for the Fellows and welcomed the participants with the following question... If this week in your life was a work of art, what would its title be?

After a visioning exercise focused on life balance, the participants reflected on their professional and personal goals by answering two main questions:

 * In what ways and in what situation do I not feel powerful?
  * What allows me to be powerful in my life?

A follow-up coaching session that will focus on time management and practical implementation of your goals will be held in September. All Toolbox Fellows are welcome to attend!

Martha is also offering one-on-one coaching sessions to the Toolbox Fellows at the reduced rate of $75/hour, and financial assistance is available. The Arts & Business Council will be subsidizing the pre-approved Fellows for up to three hours per coachee.
